◆ I reserve the right to use the finished artwork as a reference for my commissions and/or post the drawing on my social media.
◆ You can repost the finished piece on your socials. I'd really appreciate it if you credit me! ❤︎
◆ I reserve the right to refuse a request if I don't feel I can meet your expectactions or for any other reason.
◆ Do not copy/trace/sell/edit my work.
◆ Don’t claim my art or remove my signature.
◆ My DMs are always open. If you need to contact me, I suggest you doing it in the following order

◆ You can request changes/modifications as long as you are not nitpicking!
◆ I retain copyright unless agreed otherwise.
◆ You cannot make merch or sell goods with my art on it UNLESS you've paid the commercial fee.

Payment Plans
I only accept a 2-stance payment plan of 60-40.60% is paid to start working on your fursuit, and the remaining 40% is due before I finish working on your order.
Can I ask for artistic freedom?
Yes. Once the base price of the type of suit you are looking for is paid, I'll need a color palette and a species you like. I'll work on some sketches using the given information. Extra charges may apply based on the complexity of the
selected design.
Shipments and Pick-ups
I ship worldwide via DHL or Correo Argentino.
The shipment price is not included in the fursuit quote.If you wish to pick up your fursuit in person, we can discuss the place. It can be my place, a local Fur Meet in CABA, or another convenient place (please note that if I have to travel to deliver your order, you might need to pay for my time and transport).
When do you open commissions?
Every now and then. I announce open slots for fursuit commissions on my Telegram Channel, Instagram and here on the main page.
Bases used for the Heads
I use 3D printed bases. There are 2 options;
✦ PLA (Rigid/hard. It's the most common 3D material.)
✦ TPU (flexible & durable)I have a catalogue of the bases I own, but if you want me to use a specific one or you model your own, I can use those as well as long as they are properly made for printing.

What's your TAT?
As much as I'd love to deliver your order as soon as I get it, these take time. A lot of time, so please have this in mind when commissioning me.Usually, a head can be completed in 3-6 months.Take into consideration that I am a one-person business and I have a full-time job. I'll be working on your order in my free time and on weekends. I'll update you as soon as I can on your comm status.

General
✦ Make sure you are 110% serious about commissioning me. You may cancel your commission at any time but keep in mind that the deposit is non refundable. The deposit is used to buy the materials and refunding it would cause me to pay out of my pocket. Canceling doesn't entitle you to any portion of work or materials. This means you won't get the unfinished suit or any materials bought. If you choose to cancel anyway, I reserve the right to alter and sell the suit as a premade. You won't get a refund if your suit is completed or near completion.✦ Please make sure you are pleased with your character's design before commissioning me. I can deny any changes you make to the design afterwards.✦ The buyer pays for the shipping. Quotes are ONLY for the suit ITSELF. It does NOT include shipping.✦ Suits will not be shipped/delivered until they are fully paid.✦ I am not liable for any damages caused to the suit during shipping nor am I liable for any lost/stolen ones.✦ I reserve the right to post pictures of the finished order for promotional purposes and/or post said pictures on my social media.✦ I don't usually work with deadlines, but if you have a strict deadline, please let me know beforehand. Usually, a head can be completed in 3-6 months.✦ Keep in mind that I will provide you with updates as soon as I make some progress. I know it can be hard to wait, but please don't rush me.✦ A simple front and back YCH Ref Sheet of your sona is provided by me when you confirm the commission (making at least 60% of the payment). This is included in the base price of a Head + x2 Paws comm.✦ I can and will reject your order if I don't feel comfortable with it or if I don't feel I can meet your expectations.✦ I won't take any responsibility for any misunderstanding or mistake that may happen if you do not read these Terms of Service. Ignorance of them does not exempt you from compliance and you can always ask me if you are in doubt.✦ Terms of Service can change over time, so any time you commission me you need to re-check them just in case. Always ask me if you are in doubt.✦ You are allowed to use your suit on NSFW activities; I don't mind what you use it for as long as it's NOT something anti-LGBT+, racist, hate speech, etc.
Payment
✦ Once I review your quote and give you a set price, I will contact you to arrange the payment method. The client has a week to send said payment. Otherwise, I'll assume that you are no longer interested in working with me, and a new quote will need to be done in order to resume your commission.✦ In order to get the materials, the client will have to pay 60% of the total quote upfront so I can start working on the suit. Once the commission is near completion, the client must pay the remaining 40%.✦ I only accept a 2-stance payment plan of 60-40.
60% is paid to start working on your fursuit, and the remaining 40% is due before I finish working on your order.✦ I do not offer payment plans for small orders, such as handpaws or tails only. The client will need to make the full upfront payment for said items.
Process
✦ I'll start working on your commission as soon as 60% or full payment is made.✦ After the digital reference is confirmed by the client, I'll start working on the fursuit.✦ I'll be sending you WIPs from time to time to make sure everything looks good.✦ After the commission is done and full payment is made, I'll arrange a convenient date and place to deliver your suit or the shipping process, if needed.
